We had a cake made at Laurie’s suggestion and it was the best cake we have ever had! Responses from the guests were overwhelmingly wonderful and now my sister-in-law is planning her daughter’s wedding aboard next year. For a party that is truly elegant, you can’t do any better than the Eastern Star! It was the easiest and best event I have ever organized.”

I don’t even know where to begin. My 60th Birthday Party was absolutely perfect from the minute we stepped aboard to our last goodbyes at the end of the evening. As I look back at the video my sons took I noticed just how good a time everyone was having. The food was incredible and beautifully presented. Everything was so delicious there wasn’t a single guest that wasn’t up for seconds and third helpings. I guess all the dancing worked up our appetites. Most important was the courteous and friendly crew. They were there making sure our guests were happy and taken care of. It was a true fantasy journey, one that anyone who was there will ever forget!
